Tvitec has equipped itself with the most advanced technology, which allows us to manufacture large panes into high quality, cylindrical shapes; these come complete with finishes with the same level of quality. Installed and fully operational, we have four curved glass furnaces, capable of satisfying the majority of the demand from this select and unique market. • With Length Bending technology, we can equate piece size with glass type and thickness; as such, we are able to produce radii up to 19.68 inches (500 mm). On the other hand, with Cross Bending technology, we can reach sizes of 19.98 feet (6 meters) with radii that start at 78.74 inches (2000 mm). With a state-of-the-art optical quality, this medley of bending machines allows us to supply versatile solutions, ranging from the most complicated pieces to large- format products. Similarly, it is possible to incorporate these solutions by combining insulated, safety-laminated, acoustic and screen-printed glass up to 19.98 feet (6 meters) in length, with maximal precision in the end product.
