• Digital screen-printing works by inkjet with a mixture of base colors or by using a RAL paint channel.
• The screens allow paint application for a particular design that is superimposed on the glass.
• The rollers facilitate printing on the pane of the piece by depositing a larger quantity and density of paint.

We have a digital screen-printing line of 39 feet by ten and a half feet (12,000 x 3,210 mm) and two with conventional screen-printing, one of these uses rollers. The paint can be ceramic or metallic. Apart from unique designs, Tvitec can reproduce any image with exceptional color accuracy.

In this field, the new fully automated digital Vitro Jet guarantees total reproduction fidelity of complex photographs or drawings by mixing six base colors.
